Dr. Chao also works as Health Sciences Clinical Professor for UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program, Medical Director for University Women's Specialty Center, and Director of Perinatology for Community Regional Medical Center. |

Robert L. Oldham, MD, MSHA Dr. Oldham joined the Fresno County Perinatal Mental Health Program in July 2010 as the psychiatrist for the new program offered through the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health. His specialty centers on women's mental health, perinatal psychiatry and prevention of and early intervention for mental illness in pregnant and postpartum women. Dr. Oldham brings a strong interest in maternal mental health and perinatal psychiatry and is eager to establish the new perinatal program here in Fresno. Dr. Oldham's desire is to bring the community together to achieve the same best practices and help the physicians screen and refer. |

Les Lucas, LMFT Adjunct faculty member of the CSUF Family Therapy Program since 1983, contracted trainer for the California Departments of Mental Health and Rehabilitation since 1991 focusing on co-occurring disorders and their impact on work and the family. Since 1995 Mr. Lucas has worked locally in collaboration with community health, substance abuse, and mental health, the criminal justice system, universities, and private providers to develop, maintain, and expand services for women living with the challenges of pregnant/postpartum mood and substance use disorders. |

Ellen Frickberg-Middleton, RN, NP Provides care at Community Women's Health Clinic with 30 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and women's health serving culturally rich populations of the Central Valley. Ms. Frickberg-Middleton is currently completing her PhD at UC San Francisco with a focus on psychological birth trauma. She also serves as co-chair of the Central California Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative. |

Caron Post, PhD Specializes in maternal mental health, perinatal mood disorders and parent-child relationships as a clinical psychologist in private practice. Dr. Post has directed the Clinical Training Program at the Early Childhood Center-Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and acted as Program Coordinator of Adult Outpatient Services at Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Centers. She now leads the Los Angeles County Perinatal Mental Health Task Force. |

Stephen Ramirez, MPH Provides health promotion, disease prevention and nursing case management services to underserved populations of women, youth and families residing in primarily rural areas of California. |

Kendra Rogers, MPA Oversees a staff of 19 and is charged with providing oversight for how the Commission distributes funding in Fresno County. First 5 continues to advocate for children and remains committed to funding vital programs and services. |
